пакет акций
Некоторое число акций, принадлежащее одному акционеру. Величиной пакета определяется доля участия акционера и его влияние на дела акционерного общества. Например, пакета в 5% акций обычно достаточно, чтобы созвать общее собрание акционеров, 25% — чтобы заблокировать любое его решение. Пакет, превышающий 50% является контрольным (см. Контрольный пакет акций), хотя есть и отступления от этих правил.
